Job Description: As a 3rd Shift Pick Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Working overnight, you will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently during the overnight shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately select products from shelves based on pick lists and customer orders.
• Packing: Safely and securely pack items into boxes, ensuring that all items are protected during transit.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Labeling: Correctly label packages with shipping information, ensuring compliance with company and shipping guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by recording items taken from stock and noting any discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work Ethic: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
