MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is excited to participate in the 1L Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Scholars Program for 2025. The 1L Scholars Program is designed to strengthen the legal pipeline by expanding the number of opportunities for first-year law students with a commitment to advancing diversity in the legal field. Scholars receive an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience by working with MG+M lawyers, as well as to develop relationships with other 1L Scholars and LCLD member organizations. We are seeking 1L candidates for the 2025 LCLD 1L Scholar position. The 1L Scholar will join our 2025 summer associate program and will also have an opportunity to spend part of the summer working with an in-house corporate legal department. We are seeking one Scholar for our New York, NY office and one Scholar for our O'Fallon, IL office.Qualified candidates must be enrolled in an accredited US law school and possess a record of academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, proven written and analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. We seek well-rounded, motivated students who have the potential to develop into exceptional lawyers and who will embrace MG+M's culture and mission.
