- Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs. *Qualifications:* You are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist that is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the best therapeutic modalities for your patient and work with them on achieving their therapeutic goals in an outpatient setting. You are comfortable providing individual therapy both in person and virtually.

- Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
- Possess extensive knowledge of DSM-5-TR and utilizes initial interview and screening to provided diagnosis and care planning.
- Collaborates with patients, and effectively communicates clinical impression, while assessing strengths, barriers, and psychological needs.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including weather a patient needs a higher level of care.
- Possess computer/technology skills to efficiently document within an electronic health record and conduct tele-medicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred. All LSCC employees function as a member of a collaborative health care team to create and maintain a Patient Centered Medical Home where emphasis is on excellent communication, support of the patient in self-management and care is provided and tracked in a culturally competent, behaviorally enhanced setting supported by information technology.
