The Lead Behavioral Health Technician ensures that each cottage maintains a highly therapeutic milieu that reflects the KVC Model of Care principles.The Lead Behavioral Health Technician trains, supports and directs other youth care specialists.This position carries out all programming on the cottage and assists with various tasks such as community outings and group activities while on the cottage.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent time management
- Oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and email applications
- Possess a current, valid driver's license and meet the agency requirements for driver's insurance
- Able to transport clients
Experience: One (1) year experience working with children in a residential setting or similar environment
Must be 21 years old to apply.
