The Lead Brand Ambassador assists with the execution of the annual event and retail warehouse appointment setting/lead generation plans for the assigned region or market under the direction of the Customer Acquisition management.
Highlights of your role
Set up & tear-down shows and events. Make the necessary logistical arrangements, ensuring that all materials are delivered and installed appropriately. - Represent Marvin Replacement at shows, events, and at retail warehouses. Set leads with prospective homeowner customers.
- Assist with the evaluation of marketing performance efforts, making recommendations for changes and modifications as needed to drive attendees to the Marvin Replacement booth or improve appointment setting performance. Document activities for internal evaluation purposes.
- Partners with the leadership team to build the event calendar planning and budgeting. Build relationships with local retail warehouse leaders.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing of Brand Ambassadors. Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, both employees and, as needed, contractors.
- Requires regular travel to multiple appointment setting locations within the assigned market or region.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver targeted KPIs, including customer acquisition cost, labor costs, lead targets, and others as applicable.

Salary RangeStarting at $30 per hour with potential to earn over $35+ with performance bonuses!You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry.
- Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control. Have a bias for action.
- Ability to build strong local networks and relationships
- Organized and planful
Also want to make sure you have
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Able to push large displays that weigh 75 pounds that are on wheels
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to setup and/or tear down up to two shows per day, which could include over an hour of physical activity.
- Ability to travel within the region.
- Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions
