As a Lead Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and engaging conversation.
  • Preparing meals and handling meal-related clean-up.
  • Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing and grooming.
  • Supporting toileting and incontinence care needs.
  • Offering medication reminders and helping with appointments.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and assisting with errands and shopping.
  • Providing specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior professional caregiving experience is required.
  • Applicants should be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • A reliable and insured vehicle along with a valid Driver's License is necessary.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 lbs.
  • Capability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to travel within 25 miles of home.
  • Comfortable with basic technology (e.g., using a cell phone app).
