Lead Caregiver Position

What qualifies you for this role?
Knows and lives within the Austin area to work shifts as needed, sometimes at the last minute.
2+ years of caregiving experience (you will work with a variety of clients in the field and must be experienced to meet their medical needs)
Ability to transport clients in your/their vehicle with a valid driver's license and car insurance
Ability to pass a full background check and drug test
Dependability: you will be the one who helps us fill the schedule, sometimes last minute, when there is a sick call or a schedule change
Availability: must be available for an ongoing schedule between Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday; must live within service area for last minute shifts (Austin, TX)
Flexibility for what part of town your assignment is located
Schedule changes happen and that's where you come in. This caregiving role steps in as assigned, to fill in for last minute call outs, when schedule changes happen, or when a client needs us.
For the premium rate between $20.00-$21.00, you are a caregiver that goes where assigned, possibly at the last minute. You are dependable, flexible, and provide care in such a way that people call us daily to tell us how fabulous you are. Everything, everywhere, not quite all at once.
You assist clients with ADLs and because you are an experienced caregiver, you know what ADL means. You know how to document your work and you don't miss details or deadlines.
