SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Under the supervision of the EHS Program Director, the EHS Lead Caregiver is primarily responsible for planning and implementing the daily curriculum and supervising all aspects of the Early Head Start Program for their classroom site. A Lead Caregiver regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment while providing effective and efficient administration and operation of Early Head Start classroom. This includes the direction and guidance of classroom staff and volunteers, effective planning, organizing daily duties, supervising and implementing all classroom activities.
