Job Description Lead Carpenter Position Overview: Gpac is partnered with a company who is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and looking to stay for the long term. Lead Carpenter Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee carpentry projects, managing schedules and supervising crew members. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specifications. Train and mentor apprentice. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals. Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order. Lead Carpenter Qualifications: Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
