• Perform and oversee custom carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and millwork installation.
• Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to interpret and implement plans accurately.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Inspect work progress and resolve any issues to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working on high-end residential projects in Manhattan or similar urban environments.
• Expertise in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and regulations.
