• Proven experience leading hands-on migrations of complex Slack workflows and integrations to Microsoft Teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams development, Power Automate, and Azure, including deep knowledge of APIs and administration capabilities
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra functional accounts and Microsoft Graph API permissions
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for engineers
• Effective coaching and mentorship skills to support engineers during the transition
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of directing technical discussions across multiple teams
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for building integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and data exchange protocols
• Experience analyzing data structures and mapping data between different systems
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for developing intuitive integrations within Teams
