Job Description :
Onsite-Document Control needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Belle, WV. The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong functional competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pay: $20 - $23.50/hr depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for maintaining the master list(s) and master documents and ensuring that paper copies are up-to-date and available at the point of use.
  • This person also maintains the review records.
  • Create new controlled documents or make changes to existing controlled documents (procedures, data sheets, forms, master lists, etc.)
  • Ensure current versions of controlled documents are available at the point of use
  • Remove or destroy obsolete or superseded documents from all points of use
  • Ensure controlled documents are legible and identifiable
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong functional competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.
