What You'll Drive:

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the frontend architecture from the ground up. You'll drive end-to-end product development, ensuring seamless AI-powered workflows and intuitive user experiences. This is a zero-to-one opportunity, giving you the chance to define and lead the technical vision for the frontend while collaborating with AI, product, and backend teams.

What You'll Focus On:

• Lead frontend architecture and technical direction, driving innovation in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Own and build from scratch scalable, AI-powered UI features that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and AI-driven content generation.
• Develop real-time collaboration tools, including task assignments, workflow automation, and interactive dashboards.
• Optimize frontend performance for scalability, responsiveness, and AI-powered automation.
• Work closely with design, product, and AI/ML teams to turn complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers, establishing best practices and driving technical excellence.

Who You Are:

• Proven Leader: Experience leading frontend development and driving projects from zero to one at a fast-paced startup.
• Experienced Frontend Engineer: 6+ years of React, TypeScript, and Next.js experience, with a strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend architecture.
• AI/ML Enthusiast: Excited to work with LLMs, AI-powered automation, and SaaS development.
• Startup Builder: Comfortable with high ownership roles, wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly in a fast-scaling environment.
• User-Focused and Design-Oriented: Strong sense of UI/UX best practices and ability to simplify complex AI workflows.
