About The Career:
- Functions as a leader for the House Supervisor and organizational health care teams. Assumes responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide. Coordinates and supervises nursing personnel and directs other ancillary departments as needed. Responsible to make administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital during assigned hours as a representative of departmental leaders, Chief Nursing Officer, and Administration. May be called upon to perform other duties as assigned.
All About You:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associates, diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years clinical experience is required.
- BCLS and ACLS required on hire; PALS or ENPC and NRP within 6 months of hire.
- BSN or experience preferred.
- The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required.
