This position requires exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position.We have an opening for team oriented, full-time LEAD Housekeeper.Candidates must be self motivated, service oriented, and have experience leading a team of housekeepers.Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties:

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
• Trash removal
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Cleaning vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned

Leadership Duties:

• Direct daily assignments to housekeeping team
• Assists is all housekeeping duties to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with residents, fellow employees and others
• Monitor inventory supply to maintain sufficient materials
• Assist in interviewing and training new housekeepers
• Assist in manage staffing schedules
