We are currently looking for a self-motivated Lead Start-up Technician for multi-family apartments and light commercial VRF to join our start-up team. We are a nationwide company with room to grow. Minimum 5 years experienceAbility to work independently and full time, Monday - Friday (occasional weekends), year roundAbility to work with other team members to complete assigned tasksPerform Start Up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC equipmentAbility to inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipmentAbility to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctionsAssist with installation of new HVAC systemsAbility to adhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbility to navigate various applications using an i-pad (i.e. Pro Core)Benefits after introductory period include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D and 401k match, paid vacation, sick days and holidaysRequirementsMust be EPA certifiedMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust have good communication skillsMust pass a pre-placement drug screen and background checkSalary Description $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
