Responsibilities 1. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.2. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate orally in a clear, concise manner with employees, physicians, administration, the medical staff, and the public.3. Must possess a pleasant speaking voice.4. Skill sets to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.5. Ability to work in behavioral health environment and observe the standards of care needed for patients.6. Skill with telephone and switchboard equipment.7. Knowledge of office equipment to assist with routine office assignments.8. Accurate typing and PC skills9. Working knowledge of insurance terms, and reimbursement procedures, medical terminology, and Hospital services10. Competency with working with third party payor, insurance companies, and private pay accounts.11.
