The OpportunityWe're looking for a motivated and ambitious Investment Strategist to join our growing wealth management organization! Your work will be fast-paced and innovative and will require marshaling resources across the organization. You'll interface frequently with our broader Wealth Management organization and help us implement best practices of portfolio management.

The Impact
As an Investment Strategist, reporting to the Wealth Management Chief Investment Officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Consult with advisors to identify the investment challenges they face and assist with providing an appropriate investment strategy to meet their client's needs.
Lead the development of market commentaries, thought leadership and other investment related collateral.
Assist in the production of weekly and quarterly market commentary webinars distributable to advisors and their clients.
Act as a subject matter expert on Wealth Management Investment Team's investment offerings, as well as maintain a strong working knowledge of all investment offerings made available through the Wealth Management Service (“WMS”) platform.
Organize and participate in the monthly WMIT Asset Allocation Committee meeting.
Develop strong relationships with General Agents, Investment Specialists and Advisors; including acting as a presenter of investment content and market overviews at Agency Meetings and MassMutual Conferences.
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of investment or portfolio management experience.
CFA or actively working towards becoming a CFA.
3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and portfolio optimization.
Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
The Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business.
10+ years of investment or portfolio management experience.
CFA®
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
