Runner & Stone bakery and restaurant is looking for a lead line cook. Shifts to work will include lunch and dinner. Applicants should have experience working in a commercial kitchen with good knife and butchering skills. A current NYCDOH certificate in food protection is a plus. This position is hands-on (i.e., cooking, expediting and organizational tasks.) We prepare everything in-house, from charcuterie and cheeses to pasta and condiments. Applicants should be interested in and excited to learn new techniques and become part of a dedicated and skilled kitchen and bakery team. Serious applicants only. Pay commensurate with experience.
