We are looking for a full-time Lead Line Cook! Competitive pay and benefits. Starting hourly wage is $26 - $30.

    • Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant as a line cook with lead experience
  • Follow proper procedures for food safety
  • Knowledge of food storage and food safety requirements

    • Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all menu items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
  • Assume 100% responsibility for quality of the products served
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
  • Track and report any food waste
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products and ingredients properly
  • Be ready to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance
