This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.What we do:The Lead Logistics Clerk will oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing products. The role includes maintaining accurate records for inventory control, fixed assets, and inventory management. In addition, the Logistics Lead will be responsible for preparing reports to support Test and Evaluation Programs and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. The Lead Logistics Clerk will also report quality metrics to other members of the management team to ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.What you can do:Create, implement, and maintain logistics solutionsNotify purchasing of obsolete items, missing or quantities nearing stock-outMaintain accurate inventory stock location files and audit programsMaintain a material-issued log and ensure the right components are distributed to productionEnsure that the tools and equipment in the tool rooms are calibrated at appropriate intervalsMaintain a master inventory for all ground support equipment and capital assets across all sitesProcure supplies, consumables, hardware, support equipment, and other miscellaneous items for all functions in Test Evaluation and CertificationManage the movement and storage of test assets, aircraft, parts, ground support equipment, and supplies across all sitesEnsures compliance with all regulatory, company, and industry processes and standardsUp to 25% of domestic and international travelOther duties as assignedWhat you can contribute:GED or High School diploma required; college degree preferredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in aerospace logistics solutions. (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)Experience managing aerospace logisticsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive delivery of communication and follow upExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraintsProficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office SuiteBase pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.The per-hour pay range for this position is:$50—$60 USDClick HERE or visit: to view our benefits!Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check.
