Job Description We are looking for a Lead Mail Coordinator to oversee a team of mail coordinators to create and issue updated ID badges to our client's employees. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite, for a 6-month contract. Due to our end client and project work, this role does not offer visa sponsorship. What You'll Do Assist with the rebadging of employees across the organization, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines Oversee and manage two mail room employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback Perform efficient mail room operations, including sorting, delivering, and managing incoming and outgoing mail Effectively communicate project status, accepted processes, and any changes to processes or status to relevant stakeholders Identify and implement improvements to mail room procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy Drive a vehicle to deliver mail and supplies to various local offices as needed What You'll Need Required: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation At least 2 years of previous mail room/mail clerk experience At least 2 years of previous experience directly managing others Ability to communicate project status, accepted processes, and changes to process/status effectively Ability to effectively utilize common computer applications such as MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Ability to conduct repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) ### ####.
