Lead Maintenance Technician - Michael Foods : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct all maintenance work including emergency repairs, proactive maintenance activities, and safety compliance
• Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of excellence and safety
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and parts inventory
• Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using precision techniques and troubleshooting methods
• Support implementation of capital projects and productivity initiatives

Qualifications:

• AA in Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent trade school certification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, 480v 3 phase systems, and NFPA 70E compliance preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
