This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.What we do: The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical components on advanced rotorcraft, test, and support equipment. The role involves ensuring the safe execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, functional testing, and troubleshooting in accordance with applicable Supernal and industry guidelines. Additionally, the position will oversee the workflow of a team of maintenance technicians and support Test and Evaluation Programs, including laboratory, ground, and flight operations.What you can do:Work with Program & Project Leaders, Engineering, Safety, Quality Management, Procurement, Program Management Office, and Test organization membersOversee maintenance technicians' workflows to assist with their daily tasksConduct aircraft minor and major modificationsConduct routine/preventative maintenanceTest article build-up and maintenanceTroubleshoot aircraft and test systemsFollow standard ground operations, including jacking, towing, and fuelingWeight and BalanceTrack and BalanceConduct electrical assembly and repairMaintain a clean working environment at all timesResponsible for accurately completing all required paperworkPerform build-up and maintenance, ensure that quality objectives, configuration control, and conformity requirements are metManage the logistics for new parts/supplies when necessaryEnsure adherence to company safety and operating policies/proceduresUp to 10% of domestic and international travelOther duties as assignedWhat you can contribute:GED or HS diploma required; college degree preferredMinimum seven (7) years of experience as an aircraft technician (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)Familiarity with standard and non-standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the aviation fieldKnowledge of high/low voltage power systems and safe working practicesComposite assembly and repairExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive delivery of communication and follow-upExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraintsProficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office SuiteYou may also be able to contribute:Flight Operations experience preferredRotorcraft experience preferredExperimental Flight Test experience preferredBase pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.The per-hour pay range for this position is:$65—$68.41 USDClick HERE or visit: to view our benefits!Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check.
