Lead Maintenance Technician - Night Shift - Eli Lilly and Company : Job Details

The Lead Technician Maintenance (12 hr Night Shift) is responsible for equipment maintenance strategy development, providing front line support to production processes, as well as, supporting area engineering initiatives, process improvements, and project implementation. This position will require the development of expertise in production processes, verification requirements, and equipment controls system technologies. The Lead Technician Maintenance (Night Shift) will ensure that equipment is maintained in a qualified state, can be operated safely, and maintenance is properly performed on the systems. This role is for the Device Assembly Packaging team.
