Lead Operator - P2- 2nd Shift Paint Line (M-F 3PM-1130PM) - Nichiha : Job Details

SUMMARY: This position is to be the most experienced and crossed-trained operator on the forming/cutting or the paint/packaging line for the shift. This role will serve as the most senior operator in the field and will be the trainer for all field positions. The incumbents can fill in as the acting supervisor when a supervisor is absent and will give direction to the team.
