Directing of personnel to distribute daily work assignments - Oversee the packing team to ensure efficient workflow, monitor productivity, line assignments, and delegate tasks to meet production targets. - Oversee that all plastic lids are inspected for defects, correct sizing, and compliance with quality standards before packing. - Oversee the proper packing of lids into cartons or other packaging materials, ensuring they are sealed and labeled correctly for shipment. - Keep track of packing materials such as boxes, tape, labels, and other supplies, and coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team to ensure adequate stock. - Train new team members on packing procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment. Provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance. - Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on packing equipment such as sealers, labelers, and conveyors.
