About the role - Payroll Lead (Centennial CO)We are currently searching for a Payroll Lead for our North America region (United States, Canada, Mexico and Dominican Republic). Our mission is to pay employees accurately and on time every time, while keeping our costs controlled and complying with all regulatory requirements. This is an exciting and transformational opportunity that will lead the Payroll Team in the administration of Employee Entitlements both from an internal perspective and compliance with legislative requirements.
In this highly visible and critical role, you will support the establishment of the payroll governance framework and supporting processes and oversee the performance of both internal payroll teams as well as payroll service providers and keep all agreements current. This role will partner with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to develop strong partnerships with the Finance, Legal, HR and People Services teams.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Hybrid work schedule 3 days in Centennial office

Compensation Range
• Full Time Salary• Annual Salary Range $110,000 and $120,000• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
