Lead Personnel - Service Thread : Job Details

Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. • Follow established company policies and procedures
• Set-up items to specification and perform first piece inspection.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to machine set-up reports (MSR's), work instructions, Microsoft Teams and PowerBI
• Provide necessary components required daily and issue to assigned operators to meet production needs
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned department
• Record, review and address through action plan: backwinds, non-conforming packages, rework, and machine efficiency daily
• Enter repair work orders accurately and immediately
• Comply with production to schedule requirements daily
• Ability to accurately scan inventory labels as required
• Report issues/hazards/opportunities for improvement to direct supervisor
• Required to report to and work any shift as needed
• Other task as assigned per direct supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience - preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Understanding of production and plant processes
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to lift 25-30lbs
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
