Lead Product Designer - UI/UX
As a Lead Product Designer - UI/UX, you'll be responsible for designing products and features that directly impact the consumer experience. Using your Figma skills, you will design innovative solutions by collaborating with all involved teams and supporting new and existing features across multiple applications. Involved in leading innovative solutions with a strong and passionate understanding of the end-to-end design process. Considered a subject matter expert for multiple programs/systems.
You will be a design leader across a 14-person design team that sits within the internal agency-of-record for Charter. The design team manages over 40+ digital experiences across various lines of business within Charter and partners with several cross-functional development and delivery teams to bring these amazing experiences to our customers. You will act as a bridge to the UX Research team, the Product partners and other design Leads across the design organization.

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
