Partner with the best

Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability.

As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist you will be responsible for:

* Leading and overseeing the scheduling and planning of personnel across various departments or teams.

* Investigating any operational failures and take corrective action

* Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of workforce capacity.

* Collaborating with department leads to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly to meet project timelines and objectives.

* Providing guidance and support to managers in identifying career development opportunities for team members. Implementing processes for tracking and monitoring employee progress, performance, and career aspirations.

* Conducting regular career development discussions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

* Designing and facilitating training programs and initiatives to support employee skill development and career advancement.

* Serving as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on career paths and assisting in navigating career progression opportunities within the organization.

* Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning, career development, and talent management.

* Coordinating with multiple groups internally to manage service delivery

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a bachelor's degree, preferred, or a high school diploma and relevant experience

* Have previous Artificial Lift Services field experience - experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles would be seen as an asset.

* Have previous experience troubleshooting ESP and SPS equipment

* Have proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives.

* Understand talent management principles and best practices.

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
