We have assembled a world-class team that includes a tenured Stanford economist, Stanford MBA, and development team of 10x engineers to reimagine the hourly labor market and bring flexibility to the frontline.

Our product empowers large enterprises to recruit the tens of millions of workers seeking flexible, app-based work as their own employees combining the best of the gig economy and traditional employment. Customers use our software to automatically source, hire, schedule, and manage their own internal workforces of frontline workers. ReadyOn is leading the charge to make the frontline labor market flexible and frictionless.

Role Description

The Lead Product Manager will report directly to the CTO and have responsibility for leading and growing the product function. After aligning with the founding team on product strategy, you will ensure that the product delivers on promises to existing and prospective users through world-class, proprietary, and AI-first features. This objective will be achieved through end-to-end product management in collaboration with design, customer success, and development team members.

Role Characteristics:

• Doer: You are biased towards delivery and execution vs. planning and analysis. You have past experience going 0-1 on features and shipping new product features at high velocity.

• Curious and empathetic: You are deeply curious about our users (frontline workers and managers) and dedicated to providing them simple and elegant solutions to their problems. Voice of the customer is your north star for making product decisions.

• Entrepreneurial: You are excited by the end-to-end process of launching new products that satisfy unmet customer needs.

• Exceptional communicator: Internally, you communicate requirements to development and design teams in crystal clear language with supporting documentation. Externally, you communicate professionally with customers and users to understand their needs and position ReadyOn's product.

Activities:

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and goal-setting process to foster the growth of the product.
• Execute end-to-end product management (user research through feature delivery and validation)
• Own user research, partnering with design & engineering to deeply understand and build solutions for our customers.
• Communicate across teams from sales to ops to engineering to ensure the customer's voice is heard and ensure alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of management product leadership experience
• Experience conducting user research using a variety of methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams using tools such as Figma
• Strong design sense and ability to work closely with designers to deliver high quality development-ready designs
• Product leadership experience for enterprise software or two-sided software marketplaces is a plus
