The Lead Program Manager will oversee, and coordinate development and commissioning of gearbox test stands programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs. The Lead Program Manager will work closely with the customer, partner business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
- Engage with customer to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Lead program meetings
- Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain cost books and program EACs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 9 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 7 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- International defense program experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
