Lead Quality Technician - Omnicell : Job Details

Provide and document dimensional & visual inspection of product. Support pre-production part verification for new product development. Assist in management of MRB activities including segregation, disposition, and scheduled disposal of expired materials. Assist with reporting and management of non-conforming product per QMS procedures. Conduct various records reviews to maintain QMS standards. Account for all testing material usage and disposition. Assist with calibration and maintenance activities of monitoring and measuring equipment. Ensure NCR process and protocols are adhered to, and report deficiencies. Assist with RCA activities for nonconformances. Maintain identification and traceability of product samples/retains. Maintain documentation for supplier certifications. Regularly reviews work instructions and forms for accuracy and improvement. Lead document creation / revision process for Inspection.
