Role Overview:

As the Recruiter Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, leading efforts to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role requires a blend of hands-on recruiting, strategic planning, and leadership to guide our growing team.

What you'll do:

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions, including tech, marketing, sales, and operations.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.

Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our company.

Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure we remain competitive.

Mentor and guide recruiters as the team grows.

It's a perfect match if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring across multiple disciplines.

Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make informed decisions.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a growing recruitment team.

The pay range for this role is $150,000- $200,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
