We are looking to hire a Server to join our team. The server is responsible for providing an exceptional, five-star dining experience for our residents. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task efficiently. Our servers build meaningful relationships with our residents, becoming a part of their lives and making a difference.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders
• Delivering beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables
• Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food while maintaining high quality standards of service
• Ensuring all necessary health, food, and safety codes and regulations are performed at all times
• Ability to handle special requests and menu-related questions with accuracy and promptness

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Passion, dedication, and commitment to providing seniors an engaging, enlivening, and captivating living environment
• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• One year of experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
