We are a nursing workforce management platform built for health systems. Our tools allow nurses to customize their roles, health systems to consistently and predictably staff their units, and patients to receive care they need. We recently closed a $1.75m round led by 25m Health, have pilots in motion at two major health systems, and are supported by Harvard Business School's Blavatnik Fellowship. We are solving a real problem that has serious implications for the health of our communities, the stability of our healthcare system, and the well-being of the largest sector of the healthcare workforce.
