Lead Software Engineer - Wells Fargo : Job Details

Administer and maintain the session replay platform, including software installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing patch management. Manage user access, entitlements and permissions - ensuring proper role-based access control (RBAC) for diverse teams. Serve as the primary liaison with session replay platform vendors, handling escalations, contractual obligations, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Track and coordinate vendor releases/patches, ensuring compatibility and timely deployment in the organizations environment. Collaborate with development teams to integrate or update session replay SDK and JavaScript tags across our iOS, Android, and web applications. Configure and review data capture rules (e.g masking, event tracking) while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements. Monitor system performance and data quality, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks or anomalies.
