Job Summary:
The Care New England Lead Supply Chain System (SC) Administrator will be the subject matter expert (SME) on all SC Systems (Infor/Lawson Software), providing training and support to the SC Team and users throughout CNE. Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and Information Services, leading all development and troubleshooting initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of Supply Chain (SC) Master Data, across multiple systems, especially Infor/Lawson Software.
Will provide analytical and planning support to the SC team, driving best in class service while optimizing cost.
Incumbent will participate in and lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing lean principles.
The incumbent develops a thorough understanding of SCs business practices and identifies and implements technology and solutions to address problems or drive efficiencies.
Performs other job-related duties as requested.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required in Supply Chain, Information Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum three to five 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement or Information Systems.
Proficient working knowledge of Infor/Lawson Software required.
Must have skills and abilities in data analytics, problem solving, and be detail oriented.
Knowledge of healthcare required.
Proficient working knowledge of ERPs (Infor/Lawson Software required), Tableau, and similar data analytics (PowerBI, etc.), expert MS Excel (pivot and vlookup), and Access required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
