Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer

Location: Anoka, MN (Primarily remote, but ideally onsite/hybrid to start)

Employment Type: 6M Contract + Extensions / Conversion

Salary: 45-58/hr

Must Haves:

-At least 5 years of job-related experience

- In lieu of the required education, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis

-Standard infrastructure background

-Azure, O365, F5 load balancer proficiencies

-Entra and 365 implementations

-DevOps experience with M356 stack

-Team oriented and self-driven

-Successfully pass driver's license background check

Plusses:

-Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

-Gone through a transition from on prem to cloud environment

-Experience with enterprise solutions including, but not limited to, hardware and software components and capabilities of information systems architecture

-Knowledge of current server, storage, and related systems, principles, troubleshooting techniques and best practices regarding cybersecurity measures, virtual host environments, SAN and NAS storage systems, server hardware and software, enterprise backup systems, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, SSL/TLS, DHCP, DNS, remote access solutions, application delivery controllers, and enterprise email solutions

-Knowledge of systems concepts, topologies and protocols, standards and management tools essential to perform systems management, performance optimization, preventive maintenance and problem isolation/resolution to assure an optimized computing environment

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

-Ability to apply effective analytical methods to existing and new applications
