Job Description: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • The Lead User Research will be responsible for the planning and execution of user research studies intended to inform, evaluate, and/or validate digital products and solutions candidate will help to establish best practices, mentor other researchers, and oversee the planning and conducting of generative and evaluative user research studies.
  • Candidate will be instrumental in helping the design and product teams inform and test digital experiences for customers and employees.
  • The Lead User Researcher should have an in-depth understanding of a broad range of research methodologies and techniques as well as a proven track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Role Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand and define key questions and propose appropriate research methods to gain needed insights Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure the research team is at the forefront of research best practices, standards, and techniques.
  • Synthesize data and create comprehensive artifacts that communicate the research and insights to clients, partners and executives.
  • Plan and develop comprehensive research programs for long-term initiatives from upfront discovery research through post-development user testing.
  • Partnering with UX leads to organizing stakeholder alignment activities during early project phases Collaborate with market research, customer experience, and analytics partners on best research approaches Evangelize and champion the importance of research and strategy as it relates to product development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and introduce new methodologies and tools to ensure that the User Research practice continues to evolve and develop.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of design research Minimum 3 years of experience leading large-scale projects Minimum 2 years managing a team of UX researchers Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, bio-tech, or related fields Minimum 2 years working in an Enterprise environment Proven knowledge of research methods Knowledge of product design and development process Excellent knowledge of digital technologies.
Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, web design, Design Thinking, Design Strategy, or related field.
Skills:
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills with the ability to gain alignment and defend research findings and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills Travel Required: Domestic upto Up to 25%.
