KAHM Consulting, LLC has partnered with Fusion Recruiters to assist a Midwest Based Family-Owned retail chain in finding an exceptional professional for the role of Leadership Development Manager. This is an in-office role in La Crosse, WI and will be responsible for the design, coordination, and maintenance of leadership development opportunities and training across the organization.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

• Lead the development, design, and coordination of a leadership program with a primary focus on development opportunities for director-level leaders and future succession planning needs.

• Increase leadership talent at different Support Center levels by designing, creating, and facilitation training for all leaders in entry and midlevel management positions, and for high-potential coworkers interested in advancement.

• Provide leadership to direct reports who create and develop training and developmental programs.

• Assess talent and overall leadership programs and offer support to Human Resources and Talent Development initiatives.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Leadership, Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• Leadership Development Experience: 6 or more combined years of talent and leadership development program design and maintenance that has shown improvements to company culture, succession planning efforts, and clear ROI for the organization.

• Industry Experience: Proven success in small to medium, retail companies with exposure to multiple verticals within the organization.

• Training and Coaching Background: A trusted advisor who can lead up and down the organization and oversee the training and development of trainers and training programs.

• People Manager: Past experiences managing a team with an ability to balance humility with the desire for excellence in all that they do.

• Cultural Fit: Alignment with the company mission and values and possesses an ability to be comfortable with change in a dynamic organization.
