General duties include, but are not limited to: Assist foreman by keeping current with and applying all safety/construction procedures, methods and standards. Ability to red/understand/build according to construction plans.Assist in the technical training and re-training of crew membersComplete labor and material estimates/projections to ensure the have what is necessary to meet the schedule and remain on budget. Assist with preparation and installation of walls, joists, floors, roofing and siding. Coordinate with other leadman, foreman, trades and client's superintendent for successful execution of operations. Project locations vary throughout southern ca and you typically will be driving to different locations daily or weekly.3 Years Experience Required
