Learning and Development Manager

FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global Medical Device manufacturing client in Sumter, SC to identify a Learning and Development Manager. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective training program at a large, complex manufacturing plant.

The Learning and Development Manager will manage the personal and career development of plant staff to ensure that they fully meet their career potential. They will implement a CSD (Continuous Skill Development) program in the plant.

We are seeking candidates with proven manufacturing experience. GMP (Pharmaceutical, Food, or Medical Device) manufacturing experience is a plus. A BS degree is required, along with a training certification from a Professional Training Organization.
