Learning And Development Specialist - LHH : Job Details

LHH Technology is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Westlake Village, Los Angeles. This role provides the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and the flexibility of one remote workday each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging instructional content, job aids, and multimedia learning materials.
• Create e-learning modules using Articulate 360/Rise and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Facilitate training sessions and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Lead the creation and production of video training content, leveraging video production and editing skills.
• Present learning modules to teams and stakeholders effectively.

Professional Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or a related field; or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS (any platform).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to independently build instructional content from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• Certification in instructional design or a related area.
• Experience with gamification and interactive learning strategies.

Location: Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: $75K–$90K per year

Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Additional Information:

• Relocation assistance up to $2,500 is available.
