Learning Designer - ICONMA LLC : Job Details

Our Client, a Technology Company, is looking for Learning Designer for their New York, NY/Hybrid location Responsibilities:

• Consult with education product teams on product design focused on enhancing teaching experiences backed by learning sciences research
• Evaluate the quality of education products and provide recommendations from an educators' perspective
• Evaluate education products using standard templates
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine genAI outputs, including prompt engineering
• Assess improvements to the product based on rapid iteration cycles

Requirements

• Client education teams build products to help everyone in the world learn anything in the world.
• We enhance learning for school, learning for work, and learning for life.
• This project involves working with the education team to improve the quality and evaluation of upcoming features.
• Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high-quality K12 edtech products.
• Excellent communication, facilitation skills, and creative problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years K12 educator / tutoring experience in multiple K12 subjects, either in-person or online
• College degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, computer science, or related field
• Prompt engineering using any genAI tool for education scenarios
• Fluency with GSuite products, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Mandatory 4+ years K12 educator / tutoring experience in multiple subjects, either in person or online College degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, computer science or related field Prompt engineering using any genAI tool for education scenarios Fluency with GSuite products, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
