DescriptionOur Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Lease Administration Analyst to its team. This role will work remotely and works Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. This is a 4-month contract role that pays $22.55 per hour. The key to this role is prior Commercial Lease Administration experience with the ability to identify risks and fraudulent activity.Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm and verify changes in landlords, ownership, entities, remittance details, EFT updates, and contact information.
- Submit and process requests to update supplier information in internal systems.
- Review and update banking information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate ownership and payment details.
- Maintain accurate records of all updates and modifications in the database.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing updates with supporting documentation.
- Assist in due diligence efforts related to ownership changes and financial updates.
- Resolve discrepancies by communicating with landlords, suppliers, and relevant parties.
- Support compliance by adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements for managing supplier and banking updates efficiently.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience with commercial/retail leases
- Ability to understand core documents
- Ability to identify risks and fraudulent activity
- Commercial/retail lease review/data review skills a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
- Need strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risk and fraudulent activity.

- Bachelor's degree
- Retail lease experience
