Lease Administration Manager - (Free Healthcare) - Conway Beam Truck Group : Job Details

Conway Beam has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Lease Administration Manager to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the vehicle acquisition and disposal processes; perform all vehicle titling, registrations, and fuel tax permit renewals.
• Directly supervise the Fleet Administrator; duties include billing, accounts receivable and collections, trip reporting for Highway Use Tax (HUT) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).
• Monitor customer compliance with fuel tax and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate rental reservations and equipment among five locations.
• Support sales team in lease account management; oversee the lifecycle of lease agreements, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring all parties comply with the lease terms.
• Promptly address customer inquiries and provide support to contractual customers.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintain organized and complete electronically filed records in accordance with record retention policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the vehicle leasing or dealership industry, required.
• Knowledge of telematics software, preferred.
• General knowledge of Department of Motor Vehicles paperwork & processes, preferred.
• Experience with tax compliance, particularly IFTA and NY HUT regulations, preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable with various accounting and billing software.

Job Type: Full-time; M-F 8-hour shift

Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 based upon experience

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License meeting insurance approval (Required)
