Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Requirements:
• Required to be proactive, adaptable, and responsive
• Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Prior work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior experience with AS400 a plus
This Lease Administrator will support the company's Facility Lease Manager and the Real Estate team and assist with ensuring we pay our landlords on a timely and accurate basis by performing administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Two major parts of this role: contract scanning and bill processing services in the real estate space
o Contract scanning - assisting with manually scanning hard copy contracts into .PDF and filed on our SharePoint-based Lease Master file
o Billing - review pending utility and other bills for our various locations to ensure that they are contract-compliant and loaded into the system to be paid
Physical Demands:
• The Lease Administrator may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
