Lease Operator - Occidental Petroleum Corporation : Job Details

A coachable and motivated individual to fill the position Lease Operator within our Oxy. Rock group based in Midland, Texas area. This position will be responsible for the operation of wells to generate maximum revenue at the minimum cost working with other employees and contractors. Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure wells and equipment in assigned production area are operating correctly. Recommend needed changes to improve production (POC adjustment, etc.)Maintain leases in an environmentally safe manner. Report all leaks to your supervisor immediately, per HSE&E Handbook. Monitor leases daily. Maintain a clean work environment. Remove all trash from leases (including pumping unit base)Keep vegetation off dikes, inside dikes, and around pumping unit. Keep location free of equipment (rods, tubing, etc.) Ensure oil and gas is properly measured and sold to correct pipeline/ truck specifications.
